Once your order is placed, our design team will reach out to you via email to collect the text you would like for your sign. You will receive a proof of your designs within 2 business days of text submission. In your proof portal, you can approve + request edits for each sign. Each order will receive one complimentary round of edits. If you would like additional proofs for further edits, we can do that! There is a $10 fee for each additional proof requested.
When reviewing your proof, please remember to proofread for any incorrect information + incorrect spellings or typos. Proofreading is an important step before approving your proof. When possible we suggest having a friend proofread it as well, since familiarity with text can trick your brain into reading it as "correct" even if there is a minor typo or omission.
Please allow 3 business days for production following your proof approval.
